The Firm We have been present in the legal services market for over 10 years. We provide comprehensive legal assistance in a wide range of business law. In addition to providing on-going permanent legal service to businesses, we have set up industry-specific teams providing our clients with the highest standard of legal assistance and specialized know-how. The firm's team is comprised of four partners who manage the work of the lawyers (legal advisers and legal adviser trainees), assisted by paralegal and administration staff. The team of lawyers has thorough theoretical knowledge and many years of practical experience in providing legal assistance to businesses. We also co-operate with a number of independent specialists, including professors of law, which enables us to provide top quality services in every branch of business and civil law. Our clients include Polish entrepreneurs, private investors, and multinational corporations. We have a history of long-term, fruitful cooperation with numerous clients who have used our services for many years. Our firm is domiciled in Cracow but we are more than happy to provide services at the time and place of the client's choosing.

Our Work During the years we have been providing services to our clients, we have gained unique experience and know-how, combining legal expertise with in-depth knowledge of the mechanisms and practices prevailing in specific industries and areas of law. The IT Sector From the very outset, we have had a specialised team dedicated to service clients from the IT sector. We work for the largest international and domestic IT providers, as well as for recipients of their services. We also have extensive expertise and experience in license agreements, implementation and maintenance of ERP systems and dedicated systems, as well as IT tax and administrative law. For a number of years we have been participating in the service of outsourcing projects, including the largest undertakings of this kind in Poland. We provide our clients with unique combination of legal expertise and knowledge of the IT industry. Public Procurement Our Law Firm also handles all issues relating to the public procurement market. We offer support at every stage of tender procedures and represent clients in protest proceedings, appeal proceedings before the Team of Arbitrators at the President of the Public Procurement Office, and in appeals against verdicts before district courts. We participate in drawing up the terms of reference, co-operate with principals in organising and conducting procedures, and assist contractors in preparation of proposals and bids. Audits From the experience of executing numerous assignments, we have developed a proprietary audit methodology to enable our clients to identify the legal threats inherent in contemplated projects in a professional and thorough manner. We perform due diligence audits, specialized audits of individual areas of law, and audits of the legal status of real estate Foreign Clients Proficiency in foreign languages and numerous international contacts have helped us specialize in the unique legal matters pertaining to the needs of foreign clients. We specialise in the specific legal regulations which concern foreign companies and individuals from the European Union, European Economic Area and other countries. We also have a working knowledge of the legal procedures and organizational difficulties encountered by foreigners investing or launching activities in Poland. We place special emphasis on optimal tax solutions while giving consideration to international agreements. We assist our foreign clients in purchasing real estates and enterprises (M&A), initiating economic activities and obtaining the pertinent permits to take employment in Poland. We also provide permanent legal assistance to individual enterprises and foreign companies. |
