After a long break due to Covid-19, a face-to-face Euréseau Spring Meeting took place again this year in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. A total of 13 different countries participated.

On Friday evening, a warm reception was held at the offices of HerikVerhulst N.V.. All members then enjoyed dinner together at the local restaurant "Loetje". The next day, the hosts welcomed the delegates in the beautiful conference room of the „Directievertrek Reuchlin“ HNY. The delegates received a very interesting introduction to the legal system of Netherlands. Franz J. Heidinger (Austrian member) then gave a presentation on "Arbitration in Austria". This was followed by an interesting discussion on the pros and cons of arbitration.

The President points out that a new board/committee and a new president should be elected after his service of office for 9 consecutive years. After intensive discussion among the members present and a following vote, the new President of Euréseau was already decided.

Hans-Oluf hands over the presidency to Özlem, thanking her for her willingness to taking over and wishing her all the best for the new function. Özlem thanks for the trust in her and promises a continuation of the work successfully accomplished by Hans-Oluf and the previous executive committee.

After the very intensive discussion and exchange between the delegates, the members took part in a boat ride. The excursion was concluded with a great dinner at the "Harmonie", where the evening had a great finish. On Sunday morning,the delegates also had the opportunity to go on a guided walking tour.

The President expresses his thanks to the Dutch members for organizing the conference and for being such excellent hosts.
